On Saturday, my $8 tri box wager in the 4th returned $99.80 getting me back to even for the off-track race day. In the 5th, my prime wager, Flapper, weakened in deep stretch after leading throughout and had to settle for second. Paris Winds, my other selection in the 6th, scratched. So it goes...
This afternoon, a really long week comes to an end. So let's finish up strong! A special treat today as Lookinforthesecret tries to make it four in a row in the feature. The Secret's last was 1/5th off the track record (on a day when the variant was -5). Wow!

9th - A soft wager, Blind River Fox (PP3). Last was a 94 in this par 73. Loves the off track. ITM 100% of the time. I don't bet across the board, but if I was ever to make an exception, it might be right here. It's His Time (PP4) completes the exacta.
10th - Can Lookinforthesecret be stopped? Don't bother betting. Just enjoy watching this beauty.
11th - A soft wager, Pegann (PP6). Contreras is the master of winning off the claim. Last year he was 4-8 off the claim , with a hefty $3.28 ROI for $2 win bets. Excuse last. Looking for Pegann to be just good enough to get home first in this subpar field of non-winners of two lifetime.
