Yesterday, the 5th race winner and exacta came thru with Charming Lexie and Belle Harbor ($8.40 and $22.80 respectively). Anjiz Crypto was out by 4 and weakened in the final furlong, settling for third at $6.40-1.
On Friday, in the 2nd, Big Deisel (PP1) gets another chance after a horrendous ride by Rodriguez in his last. Diesel was checked no less than four times in that race and finished respectably. I'm surprised the horse didn't throw Rodriguez out of annoyance. Let's see if Morales gets it done today.
In the 4th, Hot Foot Slew(PP4) is my choice. Ness is deadly with the FBK, Right Back combo. Centeno rides again. Price should be OK off the C16 to C25 move notwithstanding the fact that Slew's 83 in last is superior to today's par of 81.
In the feature, Too Many Sins (PP2) appears to be ready to hit the wire first again. The lightly raced colt went sprint to route as a 2TS for his maiden victory and comes off a first time over sprint in the Inaugural at the Downs on 12/29. All systems appear to be go for Dale Bennett and Jose Velez Jr.
