Tuesday was tough. I lost $6.00 on the blog today.
Stack Blues vied then weakened in the drive finishing fourth.
Sas See Fras Play lodged only a mild rally finishing fourth at 26-1.
Miltos Express won by seven but was the second choice($2.30-1) thereby reverting my selection to Sage's Dream. Bikini Atoll who got lots of action was the favorite at $1.80-1. Joe cashed a $239 ticket on the exacta, keeping us in the green for the day, but my choice (because Miltos was not the favorite) Sages Dream stopped.
This afternoon, in the eigth, Grandpa's Brat (PP2) looks to repeat for a nice price. Where else do you go after winning in N3L after eight starts. The Brat won handily with a 78 in C16N3L and today's par for 1 Mile in ALW N1X is 72. The DRF comment for that race was sharp and I like that. Sam Cronk works miracles with the fastback, sprint to route combo and JD Lopez (9-50) rides again. The competition comes from Uno Way Calle also looking to make the leap to ALW N1X, but he loves the track (4 of 5 ITM) and Jet Prop who I hope will take all the money.
Coopers got five going today and Fontana has two, so bombs may be dropping all around us.
